Wedding Time Table

12 Months Before
Book band or DJ
Hire photographer & videographer
Consult clergyman to make necessary arrangements

12 - 6 Months Before
Select florist
Arrange limousine transportation
Arrange for accommodations for out-of-town guest
Reserve a room at the Embassy Suites Hotel

6 - 4 Months Before
Order wedding invitations and thank you notes
Pick up maps and place cards provided by club
Hire makeup artist and hair stylist

1 Month Before
Consult with bakery for cake selection
Consult banquet manager about menu

1 Week Left
Give final count to banquet manager
Have final consultations with florist and band/DJ
Have final consultation with photographer
Review reception seating plan

Final Reminder

Floor Plan
You will receive your floor plan ahead of this appointment. Three (3) days prior to your wedding we need to know how many guests are at each table to order everything necessary for your function.

Final Count
Must be given 14 days prior to your function. You will be committed to that number. Please provide the count for the photographer, videographer, and/or band separately, because they are normally billed at a different rate.

Favors
Favors should be brought in at least 24 hours prior to your function. Please label all boxed with the date of your function and your names.

Decorations
Inform the florist of your table set-up, room color, and theme. Decorations for fireplace mantles and Bridal door frame. Any additional decorative items such as outside arch or chairs.

Seating Cards
Please bring seating cards in at least 24 hours prior to your function. Please have all of your seating cards in alphabetical order. Any Bridal accessories such as champagne glasses, cake top, cake knife, or any other items.
